Poor service. Took them installing 3 transmissions to get it right. Supposedly did check on my front end said was good. Got it back and ball joints and wheel bearings are completely gone.

I made an appointment, easy peasy. Took my car in for an oil leak they discovered when I had my oil changed, (She's a 22 years old Avalon XLS) The mechanic (Josh) did a great job! He had to replace gaskets and such. I can tell the difference. She's driving so much better.

Service at Palestine Toyota always lasts longer than any dealership I’ve ever used but this last appointment was ridiculous. Brakes all around, brake fluid flush & a tire rotation. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived 10 minutes early. Estimated completion time was 3 hours so I had a friend pick me up for lunch. From there we wandered around an antique mall for over an hour. I arrived promptly for 3:30pm appointment to get oil change and tire rotation on my car. It was 5:00pm when I pulled out of the dealership driveway. 1 1/2 hours is too long for this service, when an appointment is required. This is the seventh time this vehicle has been serviced at your dealership and has been a recurring issue.
They were more fair than other dealers in general. Their salesman was a man of integrity, and for me this was the greatest plus. He is a man I can talk to when I need anything. He was their greatest asset to me.

No issues with oil change itself. I had scheduled my appointment and dropped it off at 8:00am. Around noon I had not received a phone or text saying my truck was ready.I tried to call three time from noon until around 1:30pm. Took in for 34K service which included a tire rotation. Two days later I noticed that one of my tires was bald with wire showing. No one had said anything. No mention of this on paperwork. Normally I get very good service. I was quoted a really expensive price on 2 tires - which were not even in stock. Went elsewhere, got 4 tires and alignment (which had caused the uneven wear) for about the same price as two tires. I will still patronize Palestine Toyota because, they do usually give good service.
