No issues with oil change itself. I had scheduled my appointment and dropped it off at 8:00am. Around noon I had not received a phone or text saying my truck was ready.I tried to call three time from noon until around 1:30pm. Took in for 34K service which included a tire rotation. Two days later I noticed that one of my tires was bald with wire showing. No one had said anything. No mention of this on paperwork. Normally I get very good service. I was quoted a really expensive price on 2 tires - which were not even in stock. Went elsewhere, got 4 tires and alignment (which had caused the uneven wear) for about the same price as two tires. I will still patronize Palestine Toyota because, they do usually give good service.

The process from decision to finance was not very streamlined. We've experienced other systems / processes much more capable. This took several hours. We've been used to 15 to 30 minutes to loan docs in the past.

The car I purchased developed “significant issues” within days of purchase. I tried to get “issue” resolved within a timely timeframe, however was told that since I “paid cash”, there was little that company could do. I must agree that Molly + Dave were sympathetic + caring. I’m very happy and satisfied with the dedication that was shown to me as I searched for a vesicle.
I gave a 5 Star review because I like my Service Advisor. But, I had to make 3 appointments for the same Recall. First time parts weren’t in and waited well over an hour, second time only 2 of the parts were in with similar wait time, and of course had to make a third appointment. Common sense is don’t make an appointment until the parts are in .
